REEL GOOD FUN LLC NIGHT CREW AFFILIATE & AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

Between: Reel Good Fun LLC ("Company"), Middletown, Ohio and the undersigned participant ("Night Crew Member")

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

 

The Night Crew is the official affiliate and ambassador program of Reel Good Fun LLC. Membership is voluntary, performance based, and available in two tiers — Affiliate and Ambassador. Participation constitutes full agreement to these terms.

2. TIER STRUCTURE

​

Night Crew Affiliate

​

• 20% personal discount on all Reel Good Fun products

• Unique discount code providing 15% off to your audience

• 10% commission on every sale generated by your code

• Entry level — open to applicants who demonstrate genuine passion for night fishing

 

Night Crew Ambassador

​

• 30% personal discount on all Reel Good Fun products

• Unique discount code providing 20% off to your audience

• 15% commission on every sale generated by your code

• Featured on reelgoodfun.com

• Early access to new color releases and limited drops

• Input on new product development

• Ambassador status is earned through demonstrated performance as an Affiliate — it is not applied for directly

 

3. COMMISSIONS AND PAYOUTS

• Commissions are calculated on the actual purchase price paid by the customer after discount

• Commissions are tracked via unique discount codes assigned to each Night Crew Member

• Payouts are issued monthly via PayPal

• Minimum payout threshold is $25.00

• Earnings below $25.00 in a given month roll over to the following month and accumulate until the threshold is met

• It is the Night Crew Member's responsibility to maintain an active PayPal account and provide accurate payment information

 

4. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES

• Night Crew Members are independent contractors, not employees of Reel Good Fun LLC

• Members are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on commissions earned

• A completed W-9 form is required before your first payout is issued — no exceptions

• A W-9 download link is provided at reelgoodfun.com for your convenience

• If you earn $600 or more in commissions in a calendar year you will receive a 1099-NEC from Reel Good Fun LLC at the address provided on your W-9

• Members are responsible for keeping their mailing address current with Reel Good Fun LLC

 

5. CONTENT AND CONDUCT

• Night Crew Members are not required to post exclusively about Reel Good Fun products

• Members may promote other brands, use other gear, and express their honest opinions publicly including disagreement with Reel Good Fun LLC

• Members are expected to represent themselves honestly and authentically

• Members may not make false claims about Reel Good Fun products

• Members may not use their code or discount for fraudulent purchases

• Members may not represent themselves as employees or owners of Reel Good Fun LLC

• Reel Good Fun LLC does not control, direct, or approve Member content prior to posting

 

6. AT WILL PARTICIPATION

• This agreement is at will for both parties

• Either party may terminate participation at any time for any reason with no penalty

• Upon termination, all outstanding commissions that have met the payout threshold will be paid within 30 days

• Commissions below the threshold at time of termination are forfeited

• Discount codes are deactivated upon termination

 

7. NO EXCLUSIVITY

​

• Night Crew Members are free to participate in affiliate or ambassador programs with other brands simultaneously

• Reel Good Fun LLC makes no exclusivity demands on Members

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

• Night Crew Members may use Reel Good Fun LLC logos, product images, and branding materials provided by the Company for promotional purposes only

• Members may not alter, modify, or misrepresent Company branding

• Any content created by the Member featuring Reel Good Fun products remains the property of the Member

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

• Reel Good Fun LLC is not liable for any loss of income, lost profits, or damages arising from participation in the Night Crew program

• Commission structures, discount percentages, and program terms are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active Members

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

​

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Butler County, Ohio.

 

11. ACCEPTANCE

 

By submitting a Night Crew application and checking the agreement box, the applicant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
